Newton CDM BaseDrain Tape 50mm x 33m

Newton CDM BaseDrain Tape is a high-tack, waterproof PVC tape specifically designed for sealing the joints and connections within the Newton drainage channel network. During a basement installation, drainage channels are often subjected to the pouring of liquid screed or the movement of heavy floor insulation. This tape is used to wrap around every junction including connectors, corners, T-pieces, and sump outlets to create a debris-tight seal. By preventing fine sediments, grout, or "laitance" from entering the channel, it ensures that the internal water path remains completely clear and unobstructed. Its robust adhesive properties allow it to bond firmly to PVC surfaces, even in the typically damp conditions of a construction site.
