Newton CDM Condensation Strip 250mm x 20m

The Newton CDM Condensation Strip is a specialist accessory designed to manage interstitial condensation within a cavity drain waterproofing system. Installed at the top of the wall membrane, the strip is positioned behind the membrane to catch moisture that forms on the rear surface due to temperature differentials. By providing a dedicated path for this condensation to follow, it ensures that moisture is directed down the wall into the drainage channel rather than being allowed to pool at the head of the system or dampen the soffit. Manufactured from a durable, lightweight polyethylene, it is easy to cut and fix, providing an extra layer of security for basement conversions where high humidity levels or temperature fluctuations are expected.
