Newton Epoxy DPM 5kg | Damp Tolerant Liquid Floor DPM

• Epoxy DPM cures to a seamless coating with very high resistance to capillary moisture and water vapour, and can be used where substrate relative humidity is above 85%. It can be applied just 7 days after concrete placement, making it a practical solution for fast-track programmes where waiting for slabs to dry is not an option.

Used as a primer and DPM in the Newton NewCoat system, it sits between Newton Epoxy Primer and Newton Epoxy Top Coat. At the full two-coat thickness it also acts as a barrier to methane and carbon dioxide in line with BS 8485.

Good to know 

• One coat where screed RH is 75% to 85%; two coats above 85%
• Ground gas applications need two coats to a total 0.5mm dry film (minimum 0.55 kg/m²)
• Very porous or dusting surfaces should first be sealed with Newton Epoxy Primer
• Internal or fully covered areas only; not UV stable
