Newton HydroBond 109-LM is a single-component, cold-applied liquid rubber waterproofing membrane that provides a seamless, fully bonded barrier for below-ground structures. Highly resilient and puncture-resistant, this membrane features an impressive 850% elasticity and 95% recovery memory, allowing it to accommodate significant structural movement without compromising the watertight seal. It is a key detailing component of the Newton HydroBond System and is BDA Agrément certified. The liquid is brown when applied and cures to a deep black, providing a clear visual indicator for the installer that the product has set. It is ideal for external foundation walls and complex detailing where traditional sheet membranes are difficult to apply.
