Newton HydroBond Protection Board is a tough, durable, bitumen-impregnated board designed to provide a protective course for the Newton HydroBond range of external waterproofing membranes. Measuring 3mm in thickness, it acts as a sacrificial layer that shields the primary waterproofing membrane from mechanical damage, impact, and abrasion during the critical backfilling process. It is resistant to water and common chemicals found in ground soil, ensuring that the integrity of the underlying "Type A" barrier remains uncompromised throughout the construction lifecycle and beyond.
