Description
Description
Newton HydroCoat 903-P is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer primer for concrete designed for use prior to the installation of high performance cementitious waterproofing membranes and floor coatings. It significantly reduces the risk of outgassing and pinholing in the subsequent coating by sealing the surface capillaries of the substrate. The primer is extremely quick and simple to apply and is suitable for use on both new and damp concrete allowing for work continuity even in wetter months.
