Newton HydroCoat Monoflex

Newton HydroCoat Monoflex is a high performance joint sealing system designed for the secure waterproofing of construction movement and expansion joints. The system comprises a highly flexible polyolefine tape that is bonded to the substrate using a specialized solvent free epoxy adhesive. It is particularly effective in critical areas where irregular or frequent structural movement is expected as the tape can accommodate significant displacement while maintaining a watertight seal. This system provides a robust Type A barrier for both the positive and negative sides of the structure.
