The Novia 500 Gauge (125 Micron) AVCL DIY Kit contains everything needed to install a compliant air and vapour control layer in a domestic setting. At the heart of the kit is Novia's 500G VirginPoly AVCL, a 125 micron virgin grade polythene membrane CE marked to EN 13984, supplied centre-folded at 2.7m x 50m for efficient coverage of large floor or wall areas. The kit includes two rolls of 30mm Double Sided Butyl Tape for securing all laps and joints, one roll of 72mm Aluminium Foil Lap Tape for finishing and reinforcing overlaps, and three cartridges of AirSeal 310 FR Sealant for sealing around penetrations and at junctions where tape alone cannot achieve an airtight finish. All products in the kit are selected to work together and deliver a complete, airtight vapour control installation.
