Description
Novia Black+ FC125 is a high quality, strong 3-layer breather membrane with a microporous core, specifically designed for use in timber frame floor cassette applications. Installed around the floor cassette and connected to the internal air and vapour control layer, it maintains airtightness at floor junctions and reduces the risk of interstitial condensation around connections to wall panel details. Excellent Class W1 water resistance while remaining highly breathable, airtight and vapour permeable. UKCA compliant to EN 13859-1 and EN 13859-2. Black on one side and grey on the reverse with no text or images, except for a 150mm overlap line. Supplied as a 1m x 50m roll (50m²).
