Description
Novia Black+ Pro 150gsm is a high-performance, heavyweight breathable membrane designed for use in all pitched cold and warm roof structures, as well as insulated wall applications. It is manufactured using a robust three-layer polypropylene laminate with a high-specification microporous core, providing an excellent balance of high vapour permeability and superior water penetration resistance. The membrane is finished in black on the outer face and grey on the reverse, with no printed text or images other than a 150mm overlap line to ensure accurate installation. It is UKCA approved and meets the required standards for both roofing and wall construction.

Good to know
- Supplied in roll sizes of 1m x 50m and 1.5m x 50m
- For full wind uplift compliance, the use of a compatible breather membrane lap tape is required on overlaps
- The membrane should be installed with the black side facing the external cladding or roof covering
- A minimum horizontal overlap of 100mm is recommended for wall installations
- When used in warm roof designs, a separate vapour control layer should be installed on the warm side of the insulation
- Available for specification on technical platforms such as NBS Chorus and NBS Source
