Description
Novia Metallised BOPP Tape is a high specification, single-sided metallised jointing tape for use in AVCL installations as an edge and lap sealing tape. Available in two versions, Cold Weather and Standard Weather, to suit installation conditions throughout the year. Made from high quality metallised biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) with a high specification acrylic dispersion adhesive, it offers high tack, high tear resistance, low emissivity and low moisture vapour permeability. Significantly stronger than traditional aluminium foil tape. Should be used as part of a two-tape system in conjunction with Novia Double Sided Butyl Tape for best results on all AVCL installations. Available on NBS Chorus and NBS Source. Supplied as a 60mm x 50m roll.

Good to know
- Cold Weather version suitable for installation temperatures from -20°C (with care) to +30°C, recommended for use November to March
- Standard Weather version suitable for installation temperatures from +10°C to +30°C, recommended for use April to October
- Months are given as guidance only based on average UK temperatures, always select the correct version for actual site conditions
- Should be used in conjunction with Novia Double Sided Butyl Tape as part of a two-tape sealing system
- For additional sealing at internal corners, floor sections or window reveals use Novia AirSeal 310 FR sealant
- Supplied as a 60mm x 50m roll
