Description
The Novia VariCheck FR AVCL DIY Kit contains everything needed to install a compliant variable air and vapour control layer. At the heart of the kit is Novia's VariCheck FR AVCL, a Class B-s1,d0 fire rated variable membrane with an SD value that adjusts between 0.4 and 3.2 metres depending on ambient humidity conditions, CE marked to EN 13964. The variable SD value allows any moisture trapped within the construction to escape during summer months, reducing the risk of interstitial condensation damage over time. The kit includes two rolls of 30mm Double Sided Butyl Tape, one roll of 72mm Aluminium Foil Lap Tape and three cartridges of AirSeal 310 FR Sealant for sealing around penetrations and awkward junctions. All products are selected to work together for a complete, airtight installation.
