Parex 100 Newton Grout AW | Anti-Washout Grout

Parex 100 Newton Grout AW is a Portland cement based grout built from a blend of fine and ultra-fine cements, graded sands and synergistic admixtures. Shrinkage-compensating components keep it non-shrink in both the plastic and hardened states, while powerful plasticisers give a highly flowing grout at low water content. Its standout characteristic is anti-washout performance, making it suitable for placement underwater and in tidal zones without loss of material.

The grout develops ultra-high strength, reaching around 100 N/mm² compressive strength at 28 days, with good early strength gain even at low temperatures. It offers strong resistance to sea water, petroleum products and mild alkali attack, and its very low chloride content means it can be used safely in contact with steel. A EuroClass A1 reaction to fire rating and good freeze-thaw stability round out its performance.

Typical uses include crane rail tracks, stanchion bases, vibrating machinery bed plates, ground anchors, wind turbine bases, offshore structure repairs and grouting in tidal areas such as piers, jetties, slipways and sea defence walls.
