Parex MAITE Base Coat Render

Parex Maite is a breathable, weatherproof cement based base coat mortar containing micronised vinyl copolymer, calcareous and siliceous sands, mineral pigments and admixtures with a maximum grain size of 0-1.6mm. Designed for use within Parextherm and Parexdirect external wall insulation render systems, Maite is applied as a reinforced base coat with 355 AVU reinforcing mesh embedded near the front face of the coat.

Good to know 

• Water addition is approximately 4.2 litres per 25kg bag.
• Coverage as a reinforced base coat is approximately 4.5kg/m² giving 2.9-5.5m² per bag.
• Minimum base coat thickness is 3-4mm for Parextherm systems and 4-5mm for Parexdirect systems. 
• Store in dry, frost-free conditions.
