Parex Microgobetis 3000

Parex Microgobetis 3000 is an acrylic co-polymer dispersion of mineral filler and admixtures, supplied as a pink coloured liquid with a high granular consistency for ease of application recognition. It is designed to control suction on high absorption or low porosity substrates and improve adhesion for one coat render systems including Monorex GM, Monorex GF, Monoblanco and Blanc du Littoral, and for the Parextherm and Parexdirect Render Systems.

Good to know 

• Coverage 250-500g/m² (40-80m² per bucket)
• Applied by brush or roller
• On high absorption substrates such as lightweight aircrete blockwork, the first coat may be diluted with up to 25% clean water to aid application.
• Test the substrate for suction after the first coat — if water is still absorbed apply a further coat; if it sits on the surface the substrate is ready for render application. 
• The render coat can be applied as soon as Microgobetis 3000 is dry, typically 1 to 24 hours depending on weather conditions.
