Rhinoplast Super Gas Barrier

Rhinoplast Super Gas is a high performance 400 micron monolithic hybrid co-polymer gas barrier membrane providing protection against radon and low level ground gases in both basic and full radon protection areas. Manufactured from virgin grade hybrid co-polymers, the membrane has high resistance to damage and puncturing and also provides damp proof membrane protection. Yellow in colour. Available in 4m x 20m centre folded or 2m x 40m unfolded rolls.

The membrane conforms to NHBC guidance and meets the requirements of BR 211:2023 for radon and Amber 1 gas protection. Suitable for NHBC Amber 1 designated low gas risk housing sites where a gas membrane is used above a well-ventilated sub-floor void. CE marked for waterproofing to EN 13967:2012+A1:2017. Lap joints can be taped or heat welded, heat welding must be carried out by a suitably skilled and qualified tradesperson. Preformed accessories available

• The product to be rolled flat with no folds or creases over the main surface area.
• All lap joints to be completed as works proceed lapping at least 150mm
• Robust to install above and below structural floor
• Suitable for line out installations to cover the entire footprint of the building to reduce joints.
