Description

RIW Cementfill FC is a single-component, thixotropic, polymer modified cement based waterproof repair mortar designed for use across a wide range of surface preparation and repair applications. Its advanced formulation combines microsilica, polymer and fibre technology to deliver high waterproofing performance alongside enhanced protection against acid gases, chlorides, freeze/thaw cycling and chemical exposure.

Supplied ready for on-site mixing with clean water only, Cementfill FC is a straightforward single-component system with no secondary component required. It can be applied to damp surfaces and is suitable for horizontal, vertical and overhead applications. Notably, it can be feather edged, making it particularly well suited for filling minor surface defects and honeycombed concrete where a flush, seamless finish is needed.

The product is fully compatible with the wider RIW cement-based waterproofing system and is typically used as part of a complete scheme alongside RIW Cementseal, Cementflex or Cementfill HB, with RIW Cementjoint used to reinforce joints and changes of plane
