RIW Flexi Seal Pro

RIW Flexiseal Pro is a high-performance two-pack solvent-free modified epoxide waterproof coating system designed for use across a broad range of demanding waterproofing and gas proofing applications. It cures to form a seamless, fully bonded membrane that is both tough and flexible, capable of accommodating differential movement while maintaining a robust barrier to water, water vapour, carbon dioxide and methane.

The system can be applied in a single coat to horizontal areas, reducing installation time on fast-track projects, while vertical substrates require two coats. It is cold applied by brush, roller or spray, simplifying application to irregular profiles and complex details, and can be applied to damp surfaces with high substrate adhesion.

Flexiseal Pro is generally applied to substrates pre-treated with Flexiseal Pro Primer. When correctly applied, it provides Type A (barrier) protection capable of meeting the requirements for Grade 1, 2 and 3 basements as classified in BS8102:2009.
