RIW Flexiseal Pro Primer

RIW Flexiseal Pro Primer is a two-pack solvent-free liquid modified epoxide surface conditioner, formulated specifically for use as the primer coat within the RIW Flexiseal Pro waterproofing system. It is the required preparatory treatment to be applied to substrates before the Flexiseal Pro membrane, ensuring optimum adhesion and a consistent, high-performing waterproof finish.

A key advantage is its ability to be applied to damp surfaces, making it practical for use in below-ground and basement environments where completely dry conditions may not always be achievable. It achieves a coverage rate of 4m² per litre on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

The primer has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production and is available in 5 litre and 15 litre two-part (base and hardener) units.

Good to know

• Flexiseal Pro Primer should not be thinned and should be applied as supplied
• Do not apply primer onto existing membrane at overlaps, etc, unless directed otherwise
• Flexiseal Pro Primer and Flexiseal Pro should be applied immediately
  after mixing.
• Apply Flexiseal Pro Primer in one coat at a minimum application rate of 4m²/litre.
