RIW Pre-Formed Pipe Collar is a pre-fabricated top-hat section designed for sealing around incoming pipes penetrating gas seal waterproof membranes. The collar is sealed to the main membrane using the same lap method as sheet overlaps, then clamped onto the pipe with the Jubilee Clip provided and finished with Lap Tape wrapped around the top of the collar to complete the seal to the pipe.

Rather than attempting to form a watertight detail by hand, the pre-formed top-hat profile ensures a consistent, correctly dimensioned collar that integrates cleanly with the surrounding membrane system.
