Sika MonoTop 3020 25kg

Sika MonoTop-3020 is a one-part, cementitious, polymer-modified mortar formulated with recycled supplementary cementitious materials for a reduced carbon footprint. It's designed as a thin layer render for levelling and pore-filling, repairing minor surface defects such as pores and honeycombing in concrete, and can be applied horizontally, vertically or overhead up to 5mm in a single coat. It gives a good surface finish with low cracking sensitivity, is sulphate resistant, and meets EN1504-3 Class R3 for structural and non-structural concrete repair.

• Yields approximately 14.85 litres of mortar per 25kg bag
• Coverage approx. 1.7kg/m² per mm
• Layer thickness 1-5mm
• Pot life approx. 50 minutes at +20°C
• Minimum of 24hrs before overcoating 
• Compressive strength 40N/mm² at 28 days
