Tekcem 212 Plus is a fast-setting, protein free, cement-based self-levelling compound designed to level rough and uneven floors and screeds prior to the installation of floor finishes. Applied at thicknesses from 2mm to 12mm in a single pour and requiring only the addition of water, it delivers a consistently smooth, flat surface suitable for most floor finishes across a wide range of substrates. With light foot traffic possible after 4 hours, a tiled finish applicable after just 3 hours at 20°C at 3mm, and most other floor finishes ready to receive after 4 hours, it is a reliable and efficient choice for fast-track commercial and residential projects. Shrinkage compensated and moisture tolerant, it can also be installed below a damp proof membrane, making it a versatile and straightforward levelling solution for both new build and refurbishment applications.

Good to know

• Suitable over sand/cement screeds, concrete, sound asphalt, calcium sulphate screeds, ceramic, quarry and natural stone tiles, underfloor heating, plywood and timber boards
• The 2mm minimum depth makes it particularly well suited to thin vinyl and other finishes requiring a very smooth, flat surface
• Multiple model specifications available including combinations with Tekgrip, Tekprime, SF Membrane and Tekprime CS for calcium sulphate screeds — refer to Tekcem's specification documents for your specific substrate
