Tekcem 220 Leveller Plus | 2-20mm 25kg

Tekcem 220 Plus is a single-part, fast-setting floor levelling screed designed for preparation of a wide range of substrates prior to the installation of floor finishes. Applied at thicknesses from 2mm to 20mm in a single pour and requiring only the addition of water, it is shrinkage compensated and delivers a rapid setting time — with light foot traffic possible in 2–3 hours, a tiled finish applicable after 3 hours, and most other floor finishes ready to install within 24 hours at 20°C at 3mm. Moisture tolerant and suitable for installation below a damp proof membrane, Tekcem 220 Plus is an ideal high-performance leveller for fast-track commercial and residential flooring projects where both thin application and speed of turnaround are critical.

• Suitable over sand/cement screeds, concrete, sound asphalt, calcium sulphate screeds, ceramic, quarry and natural stone tiles, underfloor heating, plywood and timber boards
