Tekcem 550 Fibre Plus is a single-part, fibre-reinforced floor levelling screed designed for preparation of a wide range of substrates prior to the installation of floor finishes. Applied at thicknesses from 5mm to 50mm in a single pour and requiring only the addition of water, it removes the need for additives and reduces the risk of site batching inconsistencies. Shrinkage compensated and moisture tolerant, it can be used below a damp proof membrane and is suitable for use over underfloor heating systems. Fast setting and highly durable, it can receive a tiled floor finish after just 3 hours and most other floor finishes within 24 hours at 20°C, making it a reliable choice for fast-track commercial and residential flooring projects.
