Visqueen Ultimate RadonBlok 600

Visqueen RadonBlok 600 is a flexible 0.6mm thick thermoplastic radon barrier membrane manufactured from virgin polymer. The membrane is purple in colour for easy site identification and supplied in single wound rolls measuring 2m x 25m.

The membrane conforms to BR 211:2023 industry guidance for radon protection and complies with NHBC Foundation NF94 guidance for radon protection in Type A, Type B and Type C membrane locations. It also provides damp proof membrane protection, making it a dual purpose radon and moisture protection solution for use under concrete ground floor slabs and screeds.

• Visqueen RadonBlok 600 should be installed on a smooth continuous surface e.g. grouted beam and block floor, a compacted blinding layer e.g. 50mm thick sand blinding, or smooth concrete blinding. The substrate should be free from irregularities such as voids or protrusions.
