Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible Flexi Preformed Units

Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible Flexi Preformed Units are surface fixed external and internal 90 degree corner units with a 150mm vertical rise and 100mm vertical fixing flange, used to form reliable cavity tray junctions at corners. Manufactured from Visqueen Zedex Non-Combustible DPC, they are designed for detailing the more complicated junctions in cavity wall construction, including builds with a structural framing inner leaf and a masonry outer leaf across residential, commercial and multi storey projects. 

The unit material achieves an A2-s1,d0 reaction to fire classification to BS EN 13501-1:2018, making it suitable where non-combustible materials are required. Being factory manufactured reduces the risk of water ingress at the corner, while the flexible design allows for site tolerances and gives an approximate 50mm cavity width variance when incorporated into a brickwork outer leaf. The units are available off the shelf, which keeps lead times short compared with bespoke detailing, and are rolled up, individually wrapped and supplied 4 per box
